Pat Charlton

While living in Germany, Pat Charlton came to love the Bavarian folk art called Bauernmalerei. Her specialty is hand-painted furniture and accessories done in the Bavarian style of beautiful flowers and colors. Each piece is antiqued to give it an old world look.

With an untrained hand, Charlton has used this form of art on all kinds of home furnishings, such as recycled furniture, vintage wood skis, bellows, mirrors, jewelry boxes, lamps, straw rugs, wine glasses, and wonderful Christmas ornaments.

Please visit Charlton’s web site for additional samples of her work.
