About Us

The Governor Wentworth Arts Council of Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, is a non-profit volunteer organization whose purpose is to enrich the cultural environment in the Lakes Region community, to stimulate interest in the arts, and to assist local artists and craftspeople.

During these covid times.  We are adapting our events to online.

It supports the growth of the arts in the community through efforts such as the Art Education Fund, grant support to local Libraries, and funding for artists through the Priscilla Hodges Scholarship.
