Member Artwork Displays in Wolfeboro

Governor Wentworth Arts Council artist members can have their works displayed for sale at venues across Wolfeboro. Display sites include Meredith Village Savings Bank, Huggins Hospital and The Gun Closet window.

At Meredith Village Savings Bank, shows will change each month during the summer (June through September) and will hang for two months in the fall through early spring. Each exhibit — in the front entrance hallway — will feature the works of two artists.  Contact Debbie Hopkins at 603-569-4994 or at

Membership in GWAC is required for display of artwork at Meredith Village Savings Bank; however, GWAC is responsible for jurying and artist selection.  Contact Debbie Hopkins at 603-569-4994 or at

The Gun Closet display window is great for 3 dimensional as well as hanging art pieces.  Pieces will be changed 4 times a year.  3 artists may display 3 or 4 pieces each for each 3 month period. Contact Jerome Holden at or call 569-5335.

Additional benefits include participation in the annual PAINT Wolfeboro event, reduced rate in Master Classes, the opportunity to create annual theme for the GWAC’s tree at Wolfeboro’s Festival of Trees at the Wright Museum, and representation at the November member art show at the Wolfeboro Public Library.
